Our Classic Scents

We are candle makers, but we are also candle people... With that, we know how unnecessarily confusing candle names can be... Some get their names after numbers, some a long, strung together sentence of "scent words", and sometimes after feelings...

Scents at Concrete Candles are as simple as our ingredients... Except we do the work for you.

Rather than having 10 fruity scents, we have created a sophisticated, yet encapsulating version on what it means to be "fruity". Then we take that very same process, and apply it to every scent that we create.

We believe that candle smelling should be a fun experience, not one that ruins your nose!

So spend less time making your nose work on picking the very best floral scent, and more time enjoying it. We've done the work for you.

But... if you're one of those folks that loves the scent notes, feel free to browse below for our scent profiles:

Fresh:

Forget your fresh linen. Clean is a different, yet bright and lively fragrance. Clean has notes of a spring meadow, with an aloe finish. Agave and aloe combine perfectly with fresh flowers, while deeper base notes of patchouli round out to create the perfect scent capturing everything clean. Clean is infused with natural essential oils including orange and fir.

Fruity:

A more sophisticated interpretation of what it means to be fruity. We have combined hints of berries and citrus alongside a slight spice, tea note. Fruity is infused with natural essential oils, including cedar, ginger, mandarin, nutmeg, and ylang-ylang.

Fruity is Damon's favorite scent. It reminds me of walking into a hotel lobby!

Floral:

Lilys? Gardenia? Rose? We have combined the aroma of rose with the cleanliness of lily and fresh grass. Floral is an interpretation of a bouquet of sweet rose, lily, chrysanthemum, and green florals.

Citrusy:

Citrusy combines top notes of grapefruit, lemony citron, and mandarin blend with touches of peach, orange, and delicate cyclamen for an all encompassing interpretation of citrus. A touch of vanilla and musk sophisticates the classic citrus scent.

This fragrance oil is infused with natural essential oils, including grapefruit, orange, and lemon.

Musky:

Musky is a modern fragrance with luxury appeal. Musky combines notes of patchouli and oud with notes of light woods such as teak, and balsam. Notes of rum, musk, and sweet, resinous oud make up the base of this intriguing fragrance.

This fragrance oil is infused with natural essential oils, including fir needle, cedar wood, lemon, peppermint, and palmarosa.

Sweet:

Fruity is new take on tropical paradise. We take traditional pineapple and mango notes, and combine fresher notes of sea salt, coconut water, and brown sugar to round out and create this modern, sophisticated scent.

Spicy:

Spicy isn’t just for Christmas and Thanksgiving. Spicy takes the traditional peppercorn and cinnamon notes and touches them with a hint of sweetness and zest. Spicy is finished with a blend of vanilla and tonka bean to create a more year-round version of the classic, holiday scent.
